NRB Industrial Bearings Acquires 9.08% Stake in Lok Green Energy

NRB Industrial Bearings Ltd has entered into agreements to acquire a 9.08% equity stake in Lok Green Energy India Private Limited for ₹42,00,000. This strategic acquisition aims to secure the company's green energy needs, optimize energy costs, and comply with regulatory requirements for captive power consumption. Lok Green Energy India Private Limited is a special purpose vehicle focused on developing a 3.7 MW solar project in Nashik. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 90 days of agreement execution.
