Nukleus Office Solutions Ltd has provided a clarification regarding an auditor's observation on ₹706.02 lakhs of Capital Work-in-Progress (CWIP) for its Bangalore Centre. The expenditure, related to fit-out work, was not capitalized as the centre could not be made operational due to landlord issues. These issues have since been resolved post the balance sheet date. The company has commenced client onboarding, with 66% capacity occupied and further occupancy expected. The CWIP will be capitalized from the date the asset is ready for use, with depreciation commencing then. This clarification does not affect previously filed audited/reviewed figures.
