Nukleus Office Solutions Ltd Enters Co-Branding and Co-Management Agreement with Qdesq Realtech Private Limited

Nukleus Office Solutions Limited has entered into a Co-Branding and Co-Management Agreement with Qdesq Realtech Private Limited. The agreement is effective from the date of execution and will remain in force for a fixed term of two years with the option of renewal. The purpose of the agreement is to co-brand and co-manage a co-working centre located at Tower-C, Unitech World Tech-Cyber Park, Sector-39, Gurgaon, Haryana — 122001. The gross revenue generated from the centre will be shared between the parties in the ratio of 80:20, with 80% payable to Nukleus and 20% retained by Qdesq, subject to the Minimum Guarantee payout ensured by Qdesq. The agreement is supported by a non-refundable security deposit and does not involve any related party transactions.
