Nukleus Office Solutions Limited has executed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Golden Tower Infratech Private Limited for leasing office space in Noida. The lease agreement is for approximately 44,000 sq. ft. of warm shell office space on the 3rd Floor (Quadrants 1 & 3), Building B2, Plot No. 8, Sector 144, Noida — 201301, for managed/co-working office operations. The lease tenure is 9 years (3+3+3) from the Lease Commencement Date (LCD), which is 1st August 2025. The Rent Commencement Date is 1st February 2026. The lease agreement does not involve any related parties and no governmental or regulatory approvals are required for the acquisition.
