Nukleus Office Solutions Ltd has executed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with R Cube Projects Private Limited (Lead Member) and Spirit Infrastructure Private Limited (Participant Member) for sub-licensing office space in Delhi. The agreement is for approximately 23,169 sq. ft. of space for managed/co-working office operations at PB Area, R Cube Place, Shivaji Stadium Metro Station, Delhi. The tenure of the agreement is 9 years with a 3-year lock-in period and a 3-month notice period. The security deposit is 3 months’ sub-license fee plus 3 months CAM. Possession will be between 1st Nov 2025 and 31st Dec 2025. The agreement does not involve any related party transactions and the promoter/promoter group/group companies do not have any interest in the entity being acquired. The agreement is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025.
