Aryan Goyal, a member of the Promoter group of Nureca Ltd, has disclosed the disposal of his entire equity shareholding and voting rights, amounting to 12.15% of the total share capital. This transaction was executed as an off-market transfer, specifically an inter-se transfer under a Family Settlement Agreement dated June 17, 2026. Following the disposal, Aryan Goyal's shareholding in the company is now 0%. The total equity share capital of Nureca Ltd remains unchanged at 95,41,920 shares.
