Nureca Limited Enters Distribution Agreement with Zepto, a Quick Commerce Platform in India

Nureca Limited has signed a Distribution Agreement with Zepto, a quick commerce platform in India. The agreement allows Nureca to make its products available on the Zepto platform. Currently, the orders do not meet the materiality threshold. However, based on ongoing business discussions, it is anticipated that the volume of orders and sales on this platform may exceed the materiality threshold in the upcoming quarters. The agreement is domestic in nature and the details of consideration paid/received are not disclosed due to business agreement confidentiality. The agreement does not fall within related party transactions and the promoter/promoter group/group companies do not have any interest in the entity being acquired.
