Nureca Promoter Group Member Disposes Equity Shares

Nureca Limited has disclosed that Ms. Payal Goyal, a member of the Promoter Group, has disposed of 20,59,928 equity shares (21.59% of total equity) through an off-market inter se transfer. This transaction was part of a Family Settlement Agreement dated June 17, 2026. Although the disclosure was not strictly required under recent SEBI circulars, the company made it as a precautionary measure. The disposal occurred on July 2, 2026, with the intimation to the company on July 3, 2026.
