Nutech Global Appoints S P Kacholiya as Internal Auditor

Nutech Global Ltd has appointed M/s. S P Kacholiya & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 26, 2026, where the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved. The board reviewed and approved the results, taking note of the audit report submitted by the statutory auditors.
