Nutricircle Appoints S.K. BANG & CO. as New Statutory Auditor

Nutricircle Ltd announced the resignation of NVSR & Associates. LLP as its Statutory Auditor due to pre-occupation with other assignments. The Board of Directors, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, has approved the appointment of M/s. S.K. BANG & CO. as the new Statutory Auditor for a term of three years, from FY 2026-27 to 2028-29. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also announced the 33rd AGM will be held on September 30, 2026, and the register of members will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026.
