Nutricircle Ltd Enters MoU with AgHub Foundation for Enterprise Acceleration Program

Nutricircle Ltd, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AgHub Foundation. The purpose of this agreement is to participate in AgHub's Enterprise Acceleration Program (EAP). The agreement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The agreement entails cooperation between the two parties in a diligent, professional, and efficient manner. Any movable or immovable assets or intellectual property created or acquired during the term of the agreement will be used solely for the business and in accordance with the agreement's provisions. AgHub has the right to nominate members to the board.
