Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Ltd Executes Series B CCDs Agreements

Key Highlights

• Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Ltd has executed the securities subscription and debenture trustee agreement and the option agreement in relation to the Series B CCDs.
• The proceeds from the issuance of Series B CCDs will be utilized towards repayment of any amounts due to the Company for the financial assistance provided to or in relation to Vadraj, and payment of costs and expenses in connection with issuance of the Series B CCDs.
• The Option Agreement is entered between the Company, Vadraj, the Debenture Trustee, and Niyogi Enterprise Private Limited.
• The Company, as the call option holder, has the right to purchase the Series B CCDs from the Investors on identified dates/events as set out in the Option Agreement.
