Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Ltd. to Acquire Vadraj Energy from JSW Cement and Alpha Alternatives Holdings

Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Ltd. has announced its intention to acquire the whole of securities of Algebra Endeavour Private Limited, the holding company of Vadraj Energy (Gujarat) Limited. The power plants of Vadraj Energy are located at Kutch and Surat. The acquisition will be executed through a Securities Purchase Agreement with JSW Cement Limited and Alpha Alternatives Holdings Private Limited. The necessary disclosures will be made upon execution of the agreement. The Board of Directors approved the acquisition at a meeting held on November 3, 2025.
