NDL Ventures Board to meet on April 21 for FY26 results & dividend

NDL Ventures Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider recommending a dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, if any.
