NDL Ventures declares Un-audited Q1 FY27 results

NDL Ventures Ltd announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, following a board meeting held on August 10, 2026. The results were subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors. The board also approved the convening of the 41st Annual General Meeting on September 21, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. A record date of September 15, 2026, was fixed for determining eligible members for dividend payment for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to AGM approval. Additionally, the board approved material related party transactions for the upcoming fiscal year and re-appointed Mr. Sudhanshu Tripathi as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
