O. P. Chains Ltd: Board Reappointments and Regularizations at AGM

O. P. Chains Ltd announced key decisions made at its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 21, 2026. The members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Goyal as Director, who retires by rotation. Additionally, Mr. Moon Goyal was regularized as Executive Non-Independent Director and appointed as Whole-Time Director for a 5-year term. Mrs. Swapnla Gupta and Mrs. Praneeta Varshney were regularized as Non-Executive Independent Directors. Mr. Satish Kumar Goyal was re-appointed as Managing Director for another 5-year term.
