Oasis Tradelink Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Insiders Until After Q1 2026 Results

Oasis Tradelink Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The decision comes in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities/shares of the company during this period. The board meeting date for the approval of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
