Oberoi Realty Consortium Selected as Successful Resolution Applicant for Hotel Horizon Private Limited

The consortium of Oberoi Realty Limited, Shree Naman Developers Private Limited and JM Financial Properties and Holdings Limited has been selected as the Successful Resolution Applicant for Hotel Horizon Private Limited (HHPL) in its corporate insolvency resolution process. The resolution plan provides for payment of Rs. 919 Crore to various creditors in full and final settlement of their outstanding claim against HHPL. The resolution plan shall be implemented through either the Consortium or a special purpose vehicle to be incorporated by the Consortium.
