Oberoi Realty Invests INR 1250 Crore in I-Ven Realty Limited Joint Venture

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Oberoi Realty Limited was held on March 20, 2025, and approved the execution of a securities subscription agreement (SSA) and a shareholders’ agreement (SHA) with Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP and Mr. Vikas Oberoi for a consideration of INR 1250,00,00,100, constituting 21.74% of the share capital of I-Ven Realty Limited on a fully diluted basis. I-Ven Realty Limited is a joint venture company of Oberoi Realty Limited and Mr. Vikas Oberoi, and the shares of I-Ven are currently held between the Company and Mr. Vikas Oberoi in equal proportion. The transaction involves a restructuring of funds infused by the Company and Mr. Vikas Oberoi in I-Ven.
