Oberoi Realty's Q4FY25 Bookings Show 78 Units and 1,37,321 Sq.ft. Booked

Oberoi Realty Limited has reported provisional bookings for Q4FY25. The company has booked 78 units, which is a decrease from the 928 units booked in Q4FY24 and the 705 units booked in FY24. The carpet area booked stands at 1,37,321 sq.ft., a decrease from the 12,81,446 sq.ft. booked in Q4FY24 and the 10,76,192 sq.ft. booked in FY24. The booking value for Q4FY25 is Rs. 853 crores, a decrease from the Rs. 5,266 crores in Q4FY24 and the Rs. 4,007 crores in FY24. These figures are subject to audit.
