OCCL Ltd Recommends Final Dividend of ₹1.80 Per Share

OCCL Ltd's Board of Directors approved a final dividend of ₹1.80 per equity share (90%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 27, 2026. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within 10 days of shareholder approval. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed M/s. J K Kabra & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
