Oceanic Foods Seeks Member Approval for Director Re-appointment

Oceanic Foods Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Niraj Nagrecha as an Independent Director. This re-appointment is for a second term of five years, commencing after the expiry of his current term on August 7, 2026. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members through a Special Resolution, which will be sought at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on or before September 30, 2026. Mr. Nagrecha, a Commerce Graduate and LLB, is not related to any other directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
