Octaware Technologies Appoints JBK & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Octaware Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of M/s JBK & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 026227N), as its new Statutory Auditor. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on September 8, 2026, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026.
