Octaware Technologies Ltd. Appoints Mr. Alok Ranjan and Mr. Pradeep Lavania as Additional Directors

Octaware Technologies Ltd. has appointed Mr. Alok Ranjan as an Additional Director (Whole time Director) and Mr. Pradeep Lavania as an Additional Director (Executive Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company. The appointments are subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the FY 2025-26. Mr. Alok Ranjan and Mr. Pradeep Lavania will hold the office of Director till the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
