Odigma Consultancy Solutions Ltd Authorizes Key Managerial Personnels to Determine Materiality of Events or Information

Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of Odigma Consultancy Solutions Ltd have authorized the following Key Managerial Personnels (KMPs) of the Company to determine the materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making the necessary disclosures to the stock exchanges(s) with effect from March 27, 2026. The KMPs are Mr. Mathew Jose, Managing Director; Ms. Saumya Yagnik, Chief Financial Officer; and Ms. Prachi Jain, Company Secretary.
