Odyssey Corp Ltd Declares Final Dividend of ₹0.05/Share

Odyssey Corporation Ltd announced a final dividend of ₹0.05 per equity share for the financial year 2025-2026. The company's Board of Directors also approved the Annual Report and Director's Report for the same financial year. The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026, with September 23, 2026, set as the record date for the AGM and dividend. The appointment of M/s Jaymin Modi & Co. as Scrutinizer and M/s CLB & Associates as Statutory Auditors for five years was also approved, subject to shareholder consent.
