Odyssey Corp: Promoter Group Acquires 8.77% Stake via Preferential Issue

Odyssey Corporation Ltd has announced a significant shareholding change. The promoter and promoter group, led by Pooja Equiresearch Private Limited and Himanshu Ramniklal Mehta, has acquired an additional 78,50,000 equity shares, representing 8.77% of the total share capital. This acquisition was made through a preferential issue. Following this transaction, the promoter group's total holding in Odyssey Corporation Ltd has increased from 43.26% to 48.24% of the total diluted share capital. The total equity share capital of the company has increased from 8,16,48,486 to 8,94,98,486 equity shares post-acquisition.
