Odyssey Technologies sets 36th AGM for June 3, 2026; fixes e-voting cut-off

Odyssey Technologies Ltd. announced that its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Board of Directors approved the draft notice for the AGM at their meeting on April 29, 2026. In preparation for the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed for three days, from Monday, June 1, 2026, to Wednesday, June 3, 2026 (both dates inclusive). Additionally, Wednesday, May 27, 2026, has been set as the cut-off date for shareholders to exercise their remote e-voting rights for the upcoming AGM.
