ONGC Announces Q1 Results for FY2025-26 with 0.6 GW Renewable Energy Project Approval

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) announced its integrated financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2025. The company's Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results, along with limited review reports. ONGC also announced an investment of 4,963.06 Crore for setting up a 0.6 GW renewable energy project by 2028. The project will include 300 MW solar and 300 MW wind power capacity, and will provide Group Captive model benefits and ESG compliance operational savings. The company had 10,000 million unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) as of 30.06.2025, with disclosures submitted to the Stock Exchange regarding utilization of proceeds and non-applicability of security cover.
