ONGC denies ongoing negotiations with ExxonMobil for joint oil & gas bidding

In a clarification, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) stated that it is not presently engaged in any definitive negotiations or arrangements with ExxonMobil. The company also mentioned that there is no undisclosed information that could explain the recent movement in the trading of Indian E&P companies' shares, including ONGC, Oil India Limited, and Hind Oil Exploration. Furthermore, ONGC confirmed that it is not aware of any regulatory or legal proceedings that have not been announced to the Exchanges.
