Kamineni Hospitals Acquires 9.30% Stake in Oil Country Tubular

Kamineni Hospitals Private Limited (KHL) has acquired 52,25,161 equity shares, representing 9.30% of the total paid-up equity share capital of Oil Country Tubular Limited. The acquisition was made via inter-se transfer from United Steel Allied Industries Private Limited (USAIPL), a promoter group entity, on September 28, 2026. This transaction was in settlement of an Inter-Corporate Deposit (ICD) of ₹31,35,09,677/-, with a transfer price of ₹60/- per equity share. KHL did not hold any shares prior to this acquisition. The total paid-up equity share capital of Oil Country Tubular Limited remains ₹56,18,45,300/-.
