
Oil India Ltd Achieves Record Production, Robust Financials in FY 2024-25
Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna CPSE, held its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 18th September 2025. The company reported its highest-ever oil and oil-equivalent gas (O+OEG) production of 6.710 MMTOE and highest-ever natural gas production of 3,252 MMSCM. The company's total income stood at 23,987 crore (standalone) and 37,830 crore (consolidated), with net profit of 6,114 crore (standalone) and 7,040 crore (consolidated). OIL also sustained a robust capital investment program of over 18,000 crore on a consolidated basis while maintaining healthy dividend pay-outs to shareholders. The company is also making significant strides towards its Net Zero 2040 target and investing in renewables, green hydrogen, biofuels and CBG.
