OK Play India Ltd has received requests from Mr. Rajesh Chopra, M/s Rajesh Chopra HUF, and Mrs. Sangeeta Chopra, belonging to the promoter group, to reclassify their shareholding from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category. As of the date of the request, Rajesh Chopra holds 121,500 shares, Rajesh Chopra HUF holds 77,000 shares, and Sangeeta Chopra holds 744,000 shares. The company will undertake necessary steps in compliance with Regulation 31A of the listing regulations.
