Ola Electric Announces 9th AGM on September 30, 2026

Ola Electric Mobility Limited has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 04:30 P.M (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference/ Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/ OAVM) in compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars. The Notice of the 9th AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 are being sent electronically to shareholders with registered email IDs. Shareholders without registered email addresses will receive a letter with a web-link to access these documents. Both the AGM Notice and Annual Report are also available on the company's website under investor relations.
