Ola Electric Re-appoints Manoj Kohli as Independent Director

Ola Electric Mobility Limited's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Kohli as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, commencing December 6, 2026, until December 5, 2031. The board also noted the resignation of Mr. Hyun Shik Park as Chief Operations Officer. Additionally, the company approved an increase in authorized share capital and an enabling resolution to raise funds up to INR 1,500 Cr through various securities. The 9th Annual General Meeting notice was also approved.
