Ola Electric Mobility Ltd has filed an intimation regarding its Rights Issue of partly paid-up equity shares. As per Regulation 77B(2) of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, the company confirmed that specific investors have submitted their applications on the Issue Opening Date, October 22, 2026. ANI Technologies Private Limited, through its renouncer, applied for 12,833,054 Rights Entitlements, and Calliope Capital Advisors LLP applied for 11,022,422 Rights Entitlements. In total, these specific investors applied for 23,855,476 Rights Entitlements, matching the number of entitlements renounced.
