Olympic Oil Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Securities

Olympic Oil Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities. The closure will be in effect from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December, 2025. This decision is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are barred from trading during this period.
