Olympic Oil: Trading window closes Oct 1 for Q2 FY27 results

Olympic Oil Industries Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from October 1, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, prohibiting designated persons and their immediate relatives from trading during this period. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be intimated in due course.
