Om Freight adds 1.98 Lakh sq ft warehousing capacity with ₹32 Cr investment

Om Freight Forwarders Ltd has expanded its warehousing capacity by acquiring a warehouse at Mauje Sarade, Taluka Uran, District Raigad. The expansion includes approximately 1,98,000 sq. ft. of open and closed warehousing capacity, purchased with an investment of approximately ₹32 crore. The new capacity is expected to be operational within 3 months and will be financed through a term loan from a bank and internal accruals. This expansion aims to enhance storage and logistics handling capacity, support demand growth, strengthen the distribution network, and improve efficiency. The company's existing capacity is approximately 2,50,000 sq. ft. with an average utilization of 87% over the last 12 months.
