Om Freight Forwarders Board Approves Unaudited Results, Reappoints Auditor

Om Freight Forwarders Limited's Board of Directors met on August 13, 2026, approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Nitin R. Joshi & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five financial years and convened the 31st Annual General Meeting for September 24, 2026. Additionally, the Directors' Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report for FY26 were approved, along with the appointment of a scrutinizer for the AGM and the adoption of a Dividend Distribution Policy. The trading window for designated persons will re-open on August 15, 2026.
