Om Freight Forwarders Reappoints M/s. Nitin R. Joshi as Secretarial Auditor

Om Freight Forwarders Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s. Nitin R. Joshi & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor. This reappointment is for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also approved the convening of the 31st AGM on September 24, 2026, and related matters including the Directors' Report and Dividend Distribution Policy. The company also announced the re-opening of the trading window from August 15, 2026.
