Om Freight Forwarders Reconstitutes Audit & Nomination Committees

Om Freight Forwarders Ltd. announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, effective May 20, 2026. Mr. Keval M. Shah, an Independent Director, has been appointed as a member of both committees. The reconstituted Audit Committee is chaired by Mr. Paras Khimji Savla and includes Mr. Harmesh Rahul Joshi, Mr. Ravi Kumar Patwa, and Mr. Keval M. Shah as members. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is chaired by Ms. Dipti Nikhil Chheda and includes Mr. Ketan Damji Saiya, Mr. Ravi Kumar Patwa, and Mr. Keval M. Shah as members.
