Avnish Jindal Acquires 12.84% Stake in Omansh Enterprise Limited

Avnish Jindal has acquired 12.84% stake in Omansh Enterprise Limited through an off-market acquisition. The acquisition was made pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement with the outgoing public shareholders, M/s Ingenius Investment Advisors LLP and BRCCA Services Private Limited. The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 3,50,56,014/- i.e. 1,75,28,007 fully paid-up Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 2 each. The acquired shares were encumbered before the acquisition and are now fully released.
