Pipan Oils: Raconteur Granite reclassified from Promoter to Public

Pipan Oils Ltd. announced that shareholders at its 51st Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved the reclassification of M/s Raconteur Granite Limited from a "Promoter" shareholder to a "Public" shareholder. This reclassification was carried out in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Raconteur Granite Limited holds 5,00,000 equity shares, constituting 2.85% of the company's paid-up equity share capital. The reclassification is effective immediately, and Raconteur Granite Limited will no longer be reported as part of the Promoter Shareholders in future shareholding patterns filed with the Stock Exchanges.
