Pipan Oils: Raconteur Granite seeks reclassification to public category

Pipan Oils Limited (formerly Omansh Enterprises Limited) has received a request from its promoter, Raconteur Granite Ltd (RGL), dated May 27, 2026, for reclassification of its shareholding from the "Promoter / persons belonging to Promoter Group" category to the "Public" category. RGL currently holds 5,00,000 equity shares, representing 2.85% of the company's total voting rights. The request, made under Regulation 31A of SEBI Listing Regulations, confirms that RGL and related persons do not exercise control over the company's affairs or management, are not wilful defaulters or fugitive economic offenders, and have no pending regulatory actions. RGL has committed to complying with the conditions for reclassification, including maintaining its non-promoter status for at least three years. The application will be presented to the Board for consideration.
