Omax Autos Appoints Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27

Omax Autos Ltd has appointed M/s. T S A Business Advisors Private Limited and Neeraj Madan & Associates as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 02, 2026, where the board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and declared an interim dividend of ₹2.5 (25%) per equity share.
