Omaxe Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Omaxe Lucknow Bus Terminal Private Limited. This new entity, incorporated on October 30, 2026, in India, will focus on real estate activities, particularly projects under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. Omaxe Limited has subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each, totaling ₹1,00,000, representing 100% of the subsidiary's equity share capital. This move is in continuation of Omaxe's earlier intimation dated October 26, 2026.
