Omaxe Ltd to Acquire 100% Stake in Next10 Realbuild and Next10 Land Developers for Rs. 1,01,000 and Rs. 1,01,300 Respectively

Omaxe Limited has agreed to acquire the 100% equity shareholding of Next10 Realbuild Private Limited and Next10 Land Developers Private Limited. Upon completion, the Target Companies will become Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of Omaxe Limited. The Target Companies are engaged in the Business of Real Estate and are incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. The total income of Next10 Realbuild and Next10 Land Developers as on March 31, 2025 is Nil. The cost of acquisition for 10,000 equity shares of Next10 Realbuild is Rs. 1,01,000 and for 10,000 equity shares of Next10 Land Developers is Rs. 1,01,300. The acquisitions are being done at arm’s length price and no governmental or regulatory approval is required. The acquisitions will be completed by November 19, 2025.
