Omaxe Ltd to Invest ₹6,200 Cr in New Hospitality Vertical

Omaxe Ltd announced the establishment of a dedicated hospitality business vertical, with plans to invest approximately ₹6,200 crore over the next 4-5 years. This investment will fund the development of 19 hotels across 5 million sq. ft. in 13 cities across five states. The projects will be integrated with Omaxe's existing real estate developments and aim to cater to diverse segments including business travel, leisure, MICE, and religious tourism. The company anticipates this new vertical could generate around ₹1,000 crore in annual revenue upon stabilization. Omaxe is in discussions with hospitality operators for branding and management partnerships.
