Omaxe Trading Window Closes Oct 1 for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Omaxe Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. The window will close from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The date for the Board Meeting to consider and declare these results will be intimated in due course. During this period, specified individuals are prohibited from trading in the company's securities.
